Quality Dump Buggy That Simply Works

It doesn’t take long for a cheap dump buggy to be damaged - when its shiny appearance became rusty after just a few uses. Or when the wheels shatter on rough concrete floor. The fact is, most dump buggies under $1,000 are made of inferior materials and fail very soon.

To solve this problem, we created a quality, cost-effective dump buggy that simply works. Here it is.

It is made of all premium t304 stainless steel, has a solid push handle, a reinforced bottom and heavy-duty Nylon wheels. No ugly welds and rough surfaces. As a result, it performs at a level far above its price point.

High-Quality Stainless Steel

For a long time, t304 stainless steel has been widely used in the kitchen and food processing industry as a safe, corrosion-resistant material. And so does most dump buggy manufacturers.

However, for the purpose of price competition, there are small manufacturers use cheap t201 stainless steel to make dump buggies. The price of these buggies will be even less than $300.

There are many problems with using these cheap products:

• T201 stainless steel contains manganese, which is harmful to the human body and cannot pass most food-grade inspections.

• Compared to t304, t201 stainless steel has a more brittle physical property and is prone to cracking.

• Although t201 stainless steel has excellent oxidation resistance, it is not resistant to acids and salts (which are abundant in animal products).

As a responsible manufacturer, we promise that our dump buggies are made of premium t304 stainless steel and can be tested accordingly.

Bright Annealed Finish

A fact that most have not noticed is: in addition to material, surface finish can also greatly affect the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Simply put, the smoother the surface finish is, the higher resistance to corrosion it will be.

It is easy to understand. The rougher the surface of a buggy, the larger the contact area with air or compound, so the more likely it is corroded.

Therefore, we use the smoothest material to make our dump buggies: bright annealed stainless steel.

During the smelting process of most types of stainless steel, a layer of oxide is formed on the surface due to the high temperature. Steel mills then remove it with nitric acid and polishing.

But bright annealed stainless steel is really different.

By using a special furnace (Muffle furnace), it is isolated from oxygen throughout the smelting and is protected by hydrogen and nitrogen. So its surface will not be oxidized, but as smooth as a calm water surface. No need for additional polishing or acid solution.

Nylon Wheels

During the use of bump buggies, the wheel is one of the parts that are easily damaged.

To improve the durability of it, we replaced the low-cost Polyurethane wheels with heavy-duty Nylon ones.

In some cases, Polyurethane wheel has its unique advantages. Since Polyurethane is a relatively soft material, the wheels made with it will not scratch the floor and make noise, making it ideal for use in the office.

However, if you want the wheels can be used for long periods in harsh environments, Nylon wheel is a better choice.

As a material that was used to make body armor, Nylon is as hard as metal and corrosion resistant. With heavy-duty Nylon wheels, you can use our dump buggies with confidence, without worrying that they will be damaged by rough concrete floor, or by spillages or debris.
